What we do with your details
No analytics, no advertising, and no cookies. The enquiry form hands your message to your own email client rather than to a server.
Frostwaypoint is an independent professional maritime website operated by Alexey Solonenko. There is no company behind it, no analytics on it, and no database receiving what you type. This page is short because there is little to describe.
What the site collects
Nothing automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising network, and no tracking pixel on any page. The site sets no cookies of its own.
The enquiry form
The form on the contact page does not send anything to a server. When you submit it, the details you typed are assembled into a message and handed to the email client on your own device, where you can review or discard it before sending. Nothing leaves your machine unless you choose to send that message.
If you do send it, the message arrives as ordinary email: your name, your email address, your company if you gave one, and the vessel and route details you chose to include. It is used to answer the enquiry and to carry out any work that follows, and for nothing else.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Requesting them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which will see your IP address and the page you are viewing. We receive nothing from this.
Correspondence
Email you send is kept for as long as the enquiry or the work requires. Vessel details, routes and passage documents are treated as confidential to the operator concerned and are not passed to anyone else. Frostwaypoint does not submit anything on your behalf to authorities, so nothing you send is forwarded as part of the work.
Your requests
Write to contact@frostwaypoint.com to ask what correspondence is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where nothing requires it to be kept.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the revised version will be published here.
